Q: I have purchased some items from your store, but it says my order has been lost and nothing shows in my download history. What do I do?
A: Simply email us at the store firstname.lastname@example.org and I will push your order through! Sometimes, once you pay using Paypal, the orders get stuck and need a little help!
Q: I have purchased some items from your store and have tried to download them, but the zip files show corrupt or invalid, what do I do?
A: In most cases, your server may have timed out and in turn caused your download to stall. Simply try to delete the corrupt files from your computer and try the download again. You may even want to try downloading your files into another folder. If these things do not work, please email me at email@example.com and I will double check the files and send you another link.
Q: How long do I have to download my files?
A: Your download links are valid for 5 days. Please download and do your necessary back ups within that time. If you are unable to download within the 5 days, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: I am interested in using your designs in a scrap4hire or small home based business, do I need a special license or agreement for that?
A: YES! If you plan on using any of my scrapbooking kits for custom blogs, announcements, invitations, scrap 4 hire work, you will need to buy an "extended professional use" license. It is available in the store under "professional use license". To use this license, you MUST deliver all products/work you create to clients in a FLATTENED/MERGED file. You may NOT give clients ANY PSD layered files under any circumstance.
